➺ Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. We also sell bottles of water, offer towel rental service, and you can rent or buy mats at the studio. Make sure you’re hydrated before hand and aim to drink about 16 oz. two hours prior to class. Try not to eat anything 2 – 3 hours before your class, and if you must, eat some fruit!
➺ Wear fitted clothes! Women tend to wear yoga pants or shorts with a fitted shirt or tank and sports bra. Men tend to wear a shirt and a pair of shorts.
